ATK: Konfiskohet pasuri e tatimpaguesve borxhlinjë në emër të borxhit rreth 200 mijë euro

“Administrata Tatimore e Kosovës ka vazhduar edhe sot me konfiskimin e pasurisë së tatimpaguesve të cilët kanë obligime të pashlyera, me ç ‘rast janë konfiskuar pasuri tek një pjesë e tatimpaguesve nga sektori i parkingjeve të automjeteve në Prishtinë, ku është konfiskuar pasuri në emër të borxheve në vlerë rreth 200 mijë euro”, thuhet në njoftim. Më tej, në njoftim thuhet se aktiviteti në fjalë është zhvilluar në asistimin e Policisë së Kosovës, ku i njëjti aktivitet do të vazhdoj edhe në sektorë të tjera gjatë ditëve në vijim, percjell Telegrafi. “ATK në vazhdimësi do të ndërmarr veprime të ngjashme, për të gjithë tatimpaguesit, të cilët nuk i kryejnë obligimet tatimore, sipas Ligjit për Administratën Tatimore dhe Procedurat”, vijon njoftimi....

Zyra e Kryeministrit ka dhënë detaje për gjendjen e të lënduarve nga aksidenti tragjik në Kroaci

Zyra e Kryeministrit ka njoftuar se gjashtë qytetarë që kanë mbetur të lënduar në aksidentin tragjik në Sllavonski Brod të Kroacisë, janë ende në trajtim mjekësor. Sipas ZKM’së, gjendja e tyre shëndetësore është stabile dhe ata janë në përkujdesin e mjekëve dhe vëmendjen e zyrtarëve të Ambasadës së Kosovës në Kroaci. Ndryshe, në aksidentin e 25 korrikut, në autobusin që po qarkullonte në linjën Frankfurt- Prishtinë kanë qenë 67 pasagjerë dhe 2 shoferë. Dhjetë prej tyre kanë vdekur, derisa mbi 40 të tjerë kanë mbetur të lënduar. Njoftimi i plotë: Gjashtë qytetarë të lënduar në aksidentin tragjik në Kroaci ende janë në trajtim mjekësor në spitalin e Slavonski Brodit. IPK arrestoi një zyrtar policor të dyshuar për keqtrajtim gjatë ushtrimit të detyrës zyrtare

Policia e Kosovës ka bërë të ditur në raportin 24h se hetuesit e IPK-së kanë arrestuar dje një zyrtar policor (punonjës në Stacionin Policor Ferizaj). Ai ishte i përfshirë në një incident, dhe kishte kryer veprën penale keqtrajtim gjatë ushtrimit të detyrës zyrtare. “Arrestimi i tij është bërë me dyshimin se i njëjti ka kryer veprën penale “keqtrajtim gjatë ushtrimit të detyrës zyrtare” kurse me vendim të prokurorit të njëjtit i është caktuar masa e ndalimit për 48 orë.” thuhet në njoftim. Po ashtu sipas Policisë, hetuesit e IPK-së pritet të ndërmarrin edhe veprime të tjera hetimore që ti sqarojnë rrethanat e këtij incidenti
